Frequently Asked Questions
How do I care for my product?
The Birds: Each week, empty any unused bird seed. Gently wipe off the bird feeder with a soft, dry cloth. The bird feeder is made of stainless-steel hardware and can sustain rain. Bring the bird feeder inside during high winds and snow season (the weight of heavy snow might cause the bird feeder to fall).
The Beads: Please remember that jewelry is delicate and treat it with care. Do not wear it in the shower, pool, ocean, or while working out. Avoid contact with cleaning chemicals, perfumes and lotions. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
Real Flower Jewelry and other Resin Accessories: Store your accessory away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and softening of the resin over time. Avoid exposing your jewelry to extreme heat from sources like hairdryers. Remove your resin accessory before doing house or garden work or exercise. Sharp or abrasive items, including other metal objects like keys or rings, can scratch the resin’s surface. To clean, use water and a mild soap. Do not submerge your resin accessory in water, as resin is water-resistant but not waterproof. Remove it before showers, swimming, or bathing.

How do I assemble my bird feeder?
Each bird feeder will arrive in two pieces. The base will include a teacup, saucer, stainless steel threaded rod, and accompanying stainless steel nuts and rubber washers. The cover will include the washers already secured in place.

Your role: Carefully turn the cover upside down (refer back to the images in the listing) before gently placing it on the threaded rod. Connect the stainless-steel hanging eye nut to the top of the bird feeder. Throughout the assembly process, keep in mind that this is glass and, if mishandled, it can break. Handle with care and do not overtighten. Once assembled, the birds will come from afar to enjoy the feeder for years to come.

How is real flower jewelry made?
Real flower jewelry is created through a meticulous, multi-step preservation process using jewelry-grade resin.
-
Preparation: We select and carefully dry vibrant, natural blooms using specialized methods (often silica) to ensure the flower retains its 3D shape.
-
Encapsulation: The dried flower is permanently encased in multiple layers of crystal-clear resin. This creates a durable, protective shell.
-
Finishing: After the resin fully cures, the piece is sanded, polished, and attached to high-quality findings, resulting in a unique, lasting piece of botanical jewelry.

How do I find my bracelet size?
Use a flexible measuring tape just below the wrist bone where you would normally wear a bracelet. Add between ¼ to 1 inch to the measurement.
